法律學者戴大為教授（Michael C. Davis）的最新著作《Freedom Undone: the Assault on Liberal Values and Institutions in Hong Kong》，探討自2019 年抗爭運動、2020 年《國家安全法》以至 2021 年「愛國者治港」選舉制度以來，北京日益加劇的于預和打壓如何令香港失去法律制衡和公眾問責，並蠶食香港的司法制度及基本人權。香港政府亦計畫今年内通過 23 條立法，增加叛國罪、間諜罪和其他任意定義的罪行，因此深入討論現時和未來針對國家安全的立法，對香港司法制度及人權有甚麼影響，更顯迫切。 是次新書分享座談由國際特赦組織英國分會及Resilience Innovation Lab合辦，將以英語進行。除了作者戴大為教授本人，我們更邀得香港大律師黃瑞紅，及美國喬治城大學亞洲法中心研究員黎恩灝博士一起討論。

Since the violent storming of Capitol Hill and subsequent ban of former U.S. President Donald Trump from Facebook and Twitter, the removal of Parler from Amazon’s servers, and the de-platforming of incendiary right-wing content, messaging services Telegram and Signal have seen a deluge of new users.
